4 Techniques for Self Massage That Will Make You Feel Relax and Rejuvenate

In today time lots of people are suffering from stress, aches and pains. And they have no time in this busy world or money for a Doctor check-up or for a professional massage. So here are lots of self massage techniques that make you feel relaxed and rejuvenate or in pain management.

Here are few techniques you can do yourself:

Head/Scalp: Head massage is the easiest of all of them and you can try it anywhere, anytime by using your fingers without needed anything. Place the fingers on both sides of your head and touch at the center line of the forehead. By pushing scalps towards the ceiling, take it for few seconds and release and repeat this process for 2-3 minutes.

Face: This can be done applying circular motion around your hairline, cheekbones, eyebrows and where the jaw connects. With soft hands rub your whole face, under your cheekbones from nose to ears.

Lower Back: This technique is more useful for those whose job is to sit in front of computer screen for all day which implies back pain. Lay down on the floor with legs bent and place a tennis or rubber ball near the area that is causing pain. Up and down your hips until you hit the spot or you feel relaxed, repeat it for 3-5 minutes.

Feet: Feet need to be relaxed or pain free because they suffered a large amount of pressure while walking or running. So you could make it relax by placing a tennis ball under your heel and roll it from heel to toe, clockwise or anticlockwise and pressing it gently.
